  • The show runs approx. 2.5 hours with a 15 minute intermission


 

  • I have a confirmation email: The tickets can be found as an attachment to this email and the barcodes are also available at the end of the email. You are free to print these tickets, send them to other guests, or simply arrive with the digital version to be scanned at the door.
  • I cannot find a confirmation email:  Please check your inbox and spam folders for a confirmation email from noreply@notify.thundertix.com. Then visit oxfordperformingartscenter.thundertix.com/resend_my_email to have your confirmation email resent.
  • I did not receive a confirmation email: Please email ticketsOHS@gmail.com with your purchase information, order number if you have it, and the correct email address. Box office staff will use this information to find your order and update your contact information.  


 If you wish to take a screenshot of your ticket for safekeeping or sharing, the barcode must be clearly scannable to be accepted. The alphanumeric code appearing under the barcode must also be legible. Please also have your order or confirmation number available in the case that the box office needs to look up your order. 


 In your confirmation email, follow the link labeled “Exchange your tickets here” to exchange your tickets for another performance time. Note that exchanges are only available prior to the date of the performance. 


 

  • Thank you for your help! If you are volunteering in a day-of-show position (usher, ticket taker, concessions, etc), you are welcome to find an empty seat when not working, where your entering and exiting will not disturb any guests. You will need to purchase a ticket to be guaranteed a seat to watch the show. 
  • If you volunteered in another capacity or are attending a different show than one you are working, you will need to purchase a ticket. 


 

  • The performance time listed on tickets is the time the performance is expected to begin. The auditorium doors are scheduled to open approximately 30 minutes prior to the listed performance time. The lobby will be open approximately 60 minutes prior to the performance time. 
  • Latecomers will be seated at first applause. 


 

  • One small purse or bag is allowed per guest. All bags and devices are subject to search by security personnel. Also allowed are bags, wallets, and clutches needed due to medical necessity. Medical necessities include Diaper bags, Breast pumps, Oxygen, Insulin, Epi-pens, and other medical devices. 
  • Most consumer electronic devices are allowed at the discretion of the Performing Arts Center staff. Devices must be silenced in the auditorium and not create a distraction to other guests. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited for this production due to the terms of the licensing agreement.


 

  •  All photography and videography (including cellphones) of the performance are strictly prohibited for this production due to the terms of the licensing agreement. If you wish to document your experience please feel free to take pictures with the cast in the lobby following the show. 


 

  •  No outside food or beverage is permitted in the Performing Arts Center. Concessions will be available for purchase before each show and at intermission. Concessions can be enjoyed in the lobby and will not be permitted in the auditorium.
